Lancaster Logistics and Foodcareplus decided mid-2020 to join forces to grow further on the African market with the export and import of perishables. The internal organisation was adjusted to guarantee good cooperation and continuity.
We are taking a new step in the development of our ambitions. We welcome Diego Barriga to our group. Together with Steve Alaerts, he will be in charge of Lancaster and Foodcareplus. Diego has extensive experience in the logistics world. He held several commercial positions at Hapag-Lloyd, which among others focused on Africa and refrigerated cargo.
Diego will support the teams who are responsible for shipping meat, poultry and fish to the African continent.
