    Remant donates IT equipment to CloseTheGap

    Remant Transport Architects is making a second sizeable donation of hardware to the organization CloseTheGap.

    The donation comprises around 46 desktops, 12 laptops, 34 monitors, 1 printer and 4 servers. Remant is offering this gift to help narrow the digital divide and simultaneously reduce e-waste.
    CloseTheGap supplies high-quality refurbished IT equipment for social and educational projects both in developing countries as well as in Belgium. The organization coordinates the various partners in this supply chain to ensure that IT projects are carried out successfully. This includes the monitoring of data destruction, refurbishment and transportation, the export and import process, distribution, installation and maintenance, plus local collection and recycling.
