Since 2016, we offer our new employees an elaborate introduction programme. With this initiative, we aim to familiarize them as soon as possible with the ins and outs of our company and make them feel a part of our family. This introduction programme consists of, among other things, a visit of the Port of Antwerp with a guide and an information session where we elaborate on the different fields of expertise of our business units. After all, this is the ideal way to get to know the other new employees within the Remant Group.
In response to the strong growth of the past months, we organised a new visit of the Port of Antwerp for all our new employees. In collaboration with Portilog, we developed a tailor-made visit with a guide. Last week, we had two groups of employees who visited the Port of Antwerp during the forenoon to experience the logistic reality up close.
