We encourage our employees to work on their mental and physical well-being. We take measures to ensure a healthy work-life balance for our employees, and to provide them with a pleasant and stimulating working environment so that they enjoy coming to work.
#action – Remant Health Club
The Remant Health Club is a new project that focuses on promoting the health of employees. The aim is to inspire the employees with a monthly theme (such as the Antwerp 10 Miles, good intentions, yoga, a good night’s sleep, etc.) and to encourage a healthier lifestyle.
#action – Bicycle policy
On average, 60 to 70% of employees cycle to work. This has increased significantly thanks to our bicycle policy. After 3 months of employment, all our employees are entitled to a bicycle of their choice – an e-bike, city bike or folding bike – provided that they cycle to work at least 20% of the time. These bicycles are managed, insured and maintained by Remant.
