#action – IT innovation strategy
One of the major cornerstones of our IT innovation strategy is the integration of our software system into that of the customers. We try to limit labor-intensive and error-prone manual entries by using RPA, API and smart dashboards. Even customers with a more rigid IT platform can still enjoy the benefits of automation through RPA without having to adjust their own systems.
How do we further commit to systems integrations?
» Providing API/EDI integrations with our customers’ systems, where possible.
» Handling complaints and claims carefully using a standard registration procedure.
» Developing RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions for customers and suppliers with whom we cannot integrate through EDI/APIs.
